Since the creation of Jian Nan Chun liquors over 1,200 years ago, the distillery has produced only limited supplies of their famous Chinese liquor. Jian Nan Chun’s limited liquor production is due to the refined but complex and time-consuming liquor making process. Today the Jian Nan Chun spirits are still revered as one of the finest liquors in China.
Jian Nan Chun is made with five kinds of high-quality grains: Sorghum, Rice, Glutinous rice, Wheat and Corn in the western Sichuan plain with production techniques that have lasted more than a thousand years.
